Today we will be checking out the Hood Cage and Bumper as well as a Lock Box for the Rhino from Seizmik. Seizmik is a leader in the ever growing Side by side industry and we can tell why. Besides designing some awesome products, There welds and parts are excellantly made, look great and fit perfect.
The Instructions for the kit are very well written and contain all bolts and hardware for the install. The install itself is pretty easy and can be viewed in our Install Video Link on the bottom of this article or on our YouTube Channel.
The Seizmik Bumper has much better styling than stock and includes Light tabs behind the Metal Screen while still shedding wieght off the front end. There is notch cut out to install your Front Hitch reciever but they do not include a cut out for your winch fairlead. This was the only down fall we could find. Being aluminum you can easily have this part machined out to fit your winch but
It would have been nice if it came with that option. The Front Bumper can be lifted with a few fingers as apposed to the stock bumper which weighs alot more.
The entire install procedure of the Cage, Bumper and lock box was a very simple maybe 1 hour project. Everything lined up so good it made it think why other companies just can't do the same. I have on more than one occassion can things from aftermarket companies that just do not line up nice. Everything from Seizmik went so smooth.
Seizmik has and awesome looking Cage and Bumper and its easy to see why they are on top of the game. In addition to a great looking setup, The Hood cage holds the Seizmik gear bag. It Velcros into the cage and then secures with double zippers and 2 clips in the front. As far as we have tested it out in the Desert and back home here in NY, we never had any Dust, water or dirt enter the bag. We would have to say its pretty dust and water proof. We even had this out in the rain and snow and it was fine. We also like the fact that the bag provides good cushion for breakables out on the trial.

In our Video, you can see our previously installed Seizmik Lock Box. It is great especailly when you are at events or populated ride spots and want to lock up something like a gps or camera. We found it perfect for visiting vendor alleys or stores out on the trail. It comes with 2 oversize self draining cup holders as well as a spot for maps or anything else you may need to carry. The box has nonslip surfaces and also is dust proof from what we can tell. We never had anything get into the box so far.
PROS:
- Looks Great
- Super easy to use
- Perfectly made parts that line up when installed
- Sheds a ton of weight off the front of the Rhino 
- 150LBS load limit on Front Rack
CONS:
- Lock box screws strip out easily
- No cut out for a Winch from the Factory.

The Seizmik accessories have all of the above. The bag is tough, the lock box just
plain works in all areas and the Entire Setup looks Awesome. Good Job Seizmik!
